Room sizes did not match expectations, lacking basic amenities such as working toilet facilities!!! Noise levels from loud music disturbed relaxation!!! Management style could benefit from more customer respect and service delivery!!!

Enjoyed the stunning beach view daily. sunsets were breathtaking. The location near Lekki and Victoria Island made exploration easy. Staff went above and beyond to help, especially during meal times. the food prices were steep, almost three times more than outside. Ordered room service, but it took longer than expected. The room size was inadequate for comfort. barely any space to walk around. Toilet facilities sometimes malfunctioned. Had to request toilet paper and towels upon check-in, which shouldn’t be necessary. enjoyed the atmosphere and proximity to attractions but faced basic service issues.
